THE DIFFERENCE
Most online retailers sell dried pasta that has been treated with preservatives to stay shelf stable. Our pasta has never been dried and therefore it cooks in way less time (about 3 minutes).
Our pasta has just two ingredients (semolina flour and water). It has no egg (making it vegan friendly) and no other funny business (no egg, no dairy, no nuts, no preservatives). Our pasta is fresh, never dried or frozen, meaning it is soft to the touch and not brittle.

A KNACK FOR FOOD
Tutoni's is the first restaurant opened by Toni "Toni Girl" Calderone whose Sicilian immigrant family owned the first pizzeria in York County, Pennsylvania. Her ancestors also owned a grocery, a food truck, and a donut shop... so to say food is "in her blood" is an understatement...
