Leg Up Farmers Market is a full-service natural foods grocery store located in York, Pennsylvania.

Part of the Leg Up Farm Family of Companies, Leg Up Farmers Market supports the work of Leg Up Farm, a nonprofit therapy center in York County, Pennsylvania, for children with special needs, and Able-Services, a nonprofit day program service for adults with special needs.

These organizations provide life changing therapy for those with special needs. They serve over 700 families a year, and your support for them and our Market makes that possible!
