When you select the "Mix It Up" option, you'll receive a curated assortment featuring one pound of each of our handcrafted pastas: Rigatoni, Gemelli, Fettuccine, and Spaghetti. Each shape is carefully made in small batches and comes in a 1 lb portion, serving 3–4 people.
Our pastas are made with just semolina flour and water—completely vegan and free from dairy, nuts, and preservatives. Pure, simple ingredients crafted with care.
Storage & Freshness for Rigatoni, Gemelli, Fettuccine, and Spaghetti :
Please refrigerate immediately upon arrival, as this is a fresh product. If you don’t plan to enjoy it within a few days, our pasta can be frozen for up to 3 months, allowing you to stock your kitchen with a variety of handmade pasta shapes, ready whenever you are.

Each order is made fresh to order to ensure peak quality.
We ship
- Monday through Wednesday only to maintain freshness during transit.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday will ship the following week.
- All pasta ships within 1–2 business days of being made.
