You'll receive a curated assortment featuring 4 servings each of our handcrafted pastas: Rigatoni, Gemelli, and Fettuccine. Each shape is carefully made in small batches and comes in two, two portion containers per shape.
Our pastas are made with just semolina flour and water—completely vegan and free from dairy, nuts, and preservatives. Pure, simple ingredients crafted with care.
Storage & Freshness for Rigatoni, Gemelli, Fettuccine, and Spaghetti :
Please refrigerate upon arrival, as this is a fresh product. If you don’t plan to enjoy it within 90 days, our pasta can be frozen for up to 12 months, allowing you to stock your kitchen with a variety of handmade pasta shapes, ready whenever you are.

Each order is made fresh to order to ensure peak quality.
We ship
- Monday through Wednesday only to maintain freshness during transit.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday will ship the following week.
- All pasta ships within 1–2 business days of being made.
